Chelsea co-chaired the 2019 Intersectional Wonder Womxn Art Show, May 23, 2019. See what RVA Mag Wrote about the event.

Chelsea joined a passionate group of women to organize not only a march, but an expo to action to support womxn owned businesses and non-profit organizations.

This live two-hour town was moderated by one of the leading intellectual voices in the country, Dr. Marc Lamont Hill, and broadcast in front of a live studio audience from the campus of Norfolk State University and presenting station WNSB 91.1.

Chelsea was featured on the cover of Style Weekly as one of the 2018 Top 40 Under 40 for Richmond, VA.

“We’re not honoring losers anymore. And I understand that she has a great record as a medical professional, but they still lost,” she said. “At the end of the day, if you were fighting for the Confederacy you were fighting for black people to be kept as slaves.”
